North Korea says an arrangement that could see it fire four rockets close to the US region of Guam will be prepared in a matter of days.
State media said Hwasong-12 rockets would ignore Japan and land in the ocean around 30km (17 miles) from Guam, if the arrangement was affirmed by Kim Jong-un.
